This nifty 16” Prop Foam Axe is a great addition to your EVA Foam Armory! This is an easy project that will take just a couple of hours to create. Print the pattern pieces on 8.5” x 11” paper at 100%, set to “borderless”. I have also included the SVG files for laser cutting. A step-by-step comprehensive instruction PDF booklet is also included to help you along your crafting journey!

Recommended Materials & Equipment needed:

• Printed pattern

• (2) lengths of 20mm diameter 1/2 round EVA foam, each 13" long

• 2 flat bamboo sticks or similar, 13" long

• 6"x9" of 10mm EVA 60 or 70 Foam

• 5" x 6" or 2mm EVA 38 Foam

• 1" x 2" 4mm EVA 38 Foam

• Hot glue

• CA glue or superglue

• Rotary tool

• Sanding Drum Attachment for Rotary Tool

• Grinding Stone Attachment for Rotary Tool

• Heat Gun

• Hot Glue Gun and sticks
